All US orders are eligible for free shipping, offered at checkout via UPS Ground, with an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days.
UPS Next Day Air is offered for an additional cost, estimated based on shipping address.
Returns
Due to the organic nature of the material, each piece will have its own variation of color and texture. If you have any questions, please email contact@mattdean.co prior to purchase.
If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, email contact@mattdean.co with your order number within 7 days of delivery to request a free return. If a return request is granted, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
In order for a refund to be issued, items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unexposed to sunlight or moisture, along with all original, undamaged packaging and tags attached.
In the event your returned item does not meet all of the above requirements, your item will be returned to you, at your expense, and a refund will not be issued.
Care
Tanned with organic vegetable extracts, the leather of your item is natural and naked, with no synthetic top coats shielding it from scratches, sunlight or water—exposure will create a unique patina. Any natural markings or variations in color are what make each piece distinct.
Our pieces are made from premium quality materials and construction, however, extra care should be taken to keep them in their best condition:
- Avoid over filling
- Avoid contact with grease, mud, dirt, rain and other liquids
- Light colored leather should avoid contact with dark materials
- Protect from exposure to extreme sun/light, humidity and abrasive surfaces
- Reduce accidental scratches by gently massaging the skin
- Store in cloth cover for minimal exposure to dust and light
- Only apply cleaner with the aid of a leather specialist
